Strawberry Shakeology -

pure vanilla extract -
½
cup / 70 g
fresh (or frozen) blackberries, chopped -
½
cup / 75 g
fresh (or frozen) blueberries -

unsalted sliced almonds - Plastic wrap

Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.

Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with blackberries, blueberries, and almonds.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
