Our recipe is definitely one you want to follow to the letter, though. The hero of this chia pudding recipe is Snickerdoodle Shakeology — sweet, creamy vanilla mixed with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
We added more warming spices like allspice and cardamom, plus sweet apple chunks and maple syrup for a sweet topping.
Snickerdoodle Shakeology

Place almond milk, Shakeology, chia seeds, cardamom, and allspice in a small saucepot over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until gently boiling. Reduce heat to low.

Cook, stirring occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat; cover. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl; top with apple and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
