This nice cream has two unique ingredients that make this recipe a keeper: Snickerdoodle Shakeology and an entire zucchini.

Shakeology and mild-tasting zucchini (you won’t taste it, we promise) amp up the nutrition so you can (and should) have this nice cream every day!

    unsweetened almond milk
  1. Add zucchini, Shakeology, and almond milk to a high-powered blender (or small food processor); cover. Blend until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add more almond milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, if needed.

  2. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month. If frozen, allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
