There are many different versions of horchata throughout the world, but essentially, horchata is a sweet, creamy drink made with a type of milk (usually plant-based) blended with nuts, seeds, and flavorings like vanilla and cinnamon, served over ice.
This version is simple, with traditional ingredients like rice milk and cinnamon, but with an added twist — creamy Café Latte Shakeology and a smidge of orange zest for brightness.
