almond flour -

sea salt (or Himalayan salt) -

semisweet (or dark) chocolate chips -

cup / 60 ml
unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk beverage) -

ghee (organic, grass-fed if possible), melted -

pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375° F (190 °C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; lightly coat with spray. Set aside.

Combine Shakeology, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips in a medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Add almond milk, sugar, ghee, egg, and extract to a large bowl; whisk to combine.

Add dry mixture to wet mixture; mix well until combined.

Spoon dough in large dollops onto prepared sheet to form 8 cookies.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cookies are barely set.

Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
